Conservative underwriting
We size debt to cash flow with real headroom, not to the top of what a model will bear. The business has to comfortably carry its obligations in an ordinary year, not a perfect one.

Essential, unglamorous companies with predictable cash flow, in fields we know how to operate. Familiarity is part of how we protect the downside.
Control, and accountability
We take control positions and put our own capital into every acquisition. We are responsible for outcomes, not passengers, and that shapes how carefully we buy.

An independent sponsor, by design
We are an independent sponsor, not a fund. We invest our own capital in every acquisition and work with partners on a deal-by-deal basis. There is no blind pool. Each business is evaluated on its own merits, one at a time.
