You decide what you share, and when

You can begin a conversation without naming yourself or your business. We ask for identifying details last, and only when you are ready to give them. Nothing about you is required to start, and there is no obligation at any point.

What we collect

Only what you choose to tell us. That may include details about your business and what you are hoping for, and, when you decide to share them, your name and how to reach you. Our website does not run advertising trackers, and we do not buy information about you from third parties.

How we use it

We use what you share for one purpose: to understand whether there is a fit, to give you a straight answer, and to follow up with you. We do not use your information for anything else.

Who sees it

Your information stays with us. We speak to no one about your business, not your employees, customers, competitors, or anyone else, unless and until you explicitly tell us to. If a conversation reaches the point where a financing partner needs to be involved, that happens only with your go-ahead and under the same obligation of confidence. We never sell or rent your information.

How it is kept

Your information is stored on encrypted, access-controlled systems, and only the principals at Iron Keel can see it. We hold it no longer than we need to for the conversation we are having with you.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it, and we will. You can also simply stop a conversation whenever you like. To make any of these requests, just email us.
